You select your plot and pay a 10% deposit. We will then draw up your contracts. An appointment will be made with an approved lawyer to ID verification. The balance payment is made within 14 days. All paperwork is processed by our in-house legal team and submitted to UK Land Registry for the issuance of the title deed.<\/p>\n[\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=\"How long does it take for me to receive my title deed?\" tab_id=\"1655209078596-3417d2b0-0598\"]

UK Land Registry is currently experiencing delays and title registration could be anything between 6-12 month<\/p>\n[\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=\"How many names can I have on a title deed?\" tab_id=\"1655209107139-b7bc4e13-9946\"]

Up to a maximum of 4 names can be added on a title deed.<\/p>\n[\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=\"Can I buy in a company name?\" tab_id=\"1655209108063-61e04378-8660\"]

Yes. The ID Verification is undertaken on the company.<\/p>\n[\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=\"Is there any tax on my purchase?\" tab_id=\"1655209108705-f4683c59-13ae\"]

The starting threshold for tax on a purchase starts at GBP 150,000 and is calculated on a sliding scale.<\/p>\n

We are not tax advisors and would recommend you seek independent tax advice in this regard.
