You select your plot and pay a 10% deposit. We will then draw up your contracts. An appointment will be made with an approved lawyer to ID verification. The balance payment is made within 14 days. All paperwork is processed by our in-house legal team and submitted to UK Land Registry for the issuance of the title deed.

We are not tax advisors and would recommend you seek independent tax advice in this regard. Normally, on a land purchase there is no future tax liability but if you have other UK assets it will be calculated differently.
