What is Strategic Land?

Strategic land is land that meets 3 criteria:

Criteria 1

It sits outside or close to the boundaries of a town or city.

Criteria 2

It doesn’t currently have planning approval

Criteria 3

It has potential for planning approval

Strategic Land

Strategic land is plots of land that cannot be developed now but could be in the future.

Preparation work is undertaken to show the principle of development of the land before submitting a Planning Application.

In the UK Councils local plans set out exactly where new home development is needed.

Our Strategy

For every 50 sites we are offered we disregard 49. We are extremely selective in the plots we sell.
