The Impact of a new development will have on Education (can the local schools cope), Healthcare (are there enough local health clinics and hospitals and traffic).
What will be the impact on the environment both during construction and post completion.

Will any application satisfy the local council and its housing targets?

Just UK Estates also consults with Local, Regional and National Developers to ensure the best returns for our investors.
This includes both an investor that wants to sell post Planning Permission or who has a requirement to build their own home (subject to conditions and local laws).
